Reaching high temperatures and even higher pressures

You know a stainless-steel reactor for its strength and durability, reaching high temperatures and even higher pressure. They are however less resistant to corrosion and lack precise temperature control.

Founded in 1927, Juchheim reaction vessels have proven themselves thousands of times in chemical process development. They offer modular and made-to-measure solutions from 50 mL up to 200L with operating pressures from vacuum to 500 bar and temperatures up to 500°C.

  • Special ‘Cocoon’ Coating: Juchheim reactors feature a unique ‘cocoon’ coating, offering corrosion protection similar to glass, superior chemical resistance compared to Hastelloy, and optimal heat transfer. This innovation ensures your reactor withstands harsh chemicals without compromising on performance.
  • Standard surface roughness of less than  0.8 µm Ra as standard.
A surface roughness of less than 0.4µm Ra with electrochemical polishing for passivation is available as an option.
  • Flexible Capacities: Available in a wide range of sizes, from 50mL to 100 liters, with custom made pilot and production plants up to 200 liters available upon request. This flexibility allows for seamless scalability from R&D to full-scale production.
  • Built to Last: Engineered with German precision and craftsmanship, Juchheim reactors are designed for durability and longevity, ensuring consistent performance and reliability in your processes.

In the laboratory, single components such as dosing – & vacuum controllers, data loggers, stirrers, valves and TCU’s have become more technically advanced than ever.
Partnering with Hitec Zang, we offer entry level or high-end automation solutions to optimize your reactor operations, giving you the tools to take control, or let go.
The LabBox and LabManager modules provide seamless integration with Juchheim reactors, enhancing control, monitoring, and efficiency in your laboratory workflows.
