Founded in 1927, Juchheim reaction vessels have proven themselves thousands of times in chemical process development. They offer modular and made-to-measure solutions from 50 mL up to 200L with operating pressures from vacuum to 500 bar and temperatures up to 500°C.

- Special ‘Cocoon’ Coating: Juchheim reactors feature a unique ‘cocoon’ coating, offering corrosion protection similar to glass, superior chemical resistance compared to Hastelloy, and optimal heat transfer. - Standard surface roughness of less than 0.8 µm Ra as standard.
A surface roughness of less than 0.4µm Ra with electrochemical polishing for passivation is available as an option. - Flexible Capacities: Available in a wide range of sizes, from 50mL to 100 liters, with custom made pilot and production plants up to 200 liters available upon request. This flexibility allows for seamless scalability from R&D to full-scale production.
